Driver's License:
- Each rider participating in the race must have a valid driver's license for the motorcycle they will be using. This document must cover the motorcycle class the rider is eligible to race with.

Motorcycle Requirements:
- Each motorcycle must display the race number in the designated areas determined by the race committee.
- Motorcycles used in the race must comply with legal requirements, including fully adequate off-road tires, signal lights, mirrors, headlights, and license plates. Motorcycles without a license plate or registration will not be accepted.

Equipment:
- Racers must have full off-road gear, including body protectors, off-road boots, and appropriate goggles/visors.

Race Process:
- The race starts and ends in Kemer.
- The race will last for 2 days, with the stages as follows:
- Day 1: 2 special stages
- Day 2: 3 special stages (2 laps) and 4 liaison stages (2 laps)
- Only special stage times will be recorded, and rankings will be determined accordingly.
- Traffic rules must be followed in liaison stages. Riders violating traffic rules will be disqualified.
- Race numbers must always be clean and clearly visible.

Special Stage Distances:
- Day 1 - Technical Stage: 14 KM (3 laps)
- Day 2 - 1st Special Stage: 18 Km
- Day 2 - 2nd Special Stage: 14 Km
- Day 2 - 3rd Special Stage: 12 Km (2 laps)

Stage Rules:
- Stages must be completed in the designated direction, and reversing is strictly prohibited.
- Shortcuts or similar attempts are strictly prohibited.
- Stopping within stages is prohibited. In unavoidable situations, the rider must move the motorcycle to a safe spot and warn approaching racers.
- Riders without proper equipment will be disqualified.

Withdrawal from the Race:
- Participants have the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel their registration.
- If you cancel your participation, the registration fee will be refunded (with a 1/3 cancellation fee deduction) if the cancellation is notified to the organizer at least 6 weeks before the event.
- If the cancellation is notified within 6 weeks before the event, no refund will be given.
- Participants may transfer their registration to the next event only in case of COVID-19 travel restrictions or force majeure.

Cancellation:
- The organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the race due to significant reasons before the event starts.
- In such cases, the organization has the right to deduct 1/3 of the entry fee for event preparation costs or to set an alternative date.
- In case of cancellation, the entry fee will be refunded after deducting the transaction fee and 1/3 preparation cost.
- Participants must send their bank details to destek@seatosky.com.tr within 4 weeks.
- In case of postponement, participants may request to join on an alternative date.
- In case of cancellation, the entry fee will not be refunded.
These rules ensure that the race is conducted in an orderly and safe manner.
Compliance with these rules by all participants helps maintain a fair racing environment.
